1. Custom Printed & Personalized Products
All customized, personalized, printed, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for custom products.

No exchange will be provided unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Customers are requested to verify all customization details before placing the order.

2. Standard Products
For non-customized products such as gym shaker bottles, gallon bottles, water bottles, and corporate gift items, refunds are subject to the conditions below:

Refund Conditions
To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide:

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package seal is opened.

Clear images showing the issue.
-
Complaint submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be accepted.
3. Refund Amount
If the claim is approved and the product is returned to us:

Maximum refund amount: 50% of the original order value.

Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect order placed by the customer.

Minor color or design variations due to screen display differences.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

Missing unboxing video.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
